A Sixty-Year Retrospective of the Work of Orcadian Painter and Sculptor Ian Scott
Some tips on navigation of the Gallery Once you open the Gallery you will come to the entrance corridor with photos of Ian Scott, an introduction to the Gallery, and photos showing where Ian Scott lives in North Ronaldsay. Then you can take a quick look at the rooms overall (5 rooms) by clicking on the little square at bottom left corner, which shows room layout. and the corridor. The gallery will zoom around into that room. Each room has a brief description of content on a placard. Once in a room you can approach a picture by placing the green footprints in front of it. Best to keep the feet back initially about 3 floor tiles. If you go too close the picture will expand to a large size. Then you can drag the images with the cursor to get a face-on view. Or you can use the UP/ DOWN / LEFT / RIGHT/ arrows on the keyboard (or if keyboard does not have these, the keys W, S, A, D to relocate and resize the image. If you get stuck or lost best to close out and reopen the link. Remember to expand the screen to full size.
