Wildscreen Panda Awards 2020 Virtual Exhibition
This exhibition showcases the remarkable work of the Wildscreen Photo Story Panda Award nominees: Joan de la Malla, Brent Stirton and Audun Rikardsen. Each photographer presents here a series of outstanding photographs outlining stories of key conservation issues and projects.
The stories told as part of this exhibition are diverse in nature but each point to the dramatic effect human activities have on animal life in every corner of our planet. These photographic accounts are made ever more poignant and hard hitting at this moment in our global history. The pandemic has shown the world the massive impact the mistreatment of animals and the environment can have on our way of life. The lockdown has offered a much-needed moment of reflection as well as an ideal opportunity to initiate change. This exhibition highlights both the importance of conservation programs and the devastating effect failing to enact change can have on the wildlife that make up life on Earth.
